The London Marathon 2013

Last weekend Single Girl World took a trip into central London to support all the runners in the 2013 Marathon. The Sun was beaming as we headed for the 25th mile!! We stood for 4 hours, shouting out peoples names and cheering them on! With only 1.4 miles left of the route, the runners were all in good spirits!! We even managed to spot Colin Jackson in the crowd interviewing runners !!

This year there were some amazing costumes and of course huge amounts of money being raised for incredible charities.

There is nothing better than shouting out one the runner's names and encouraging them on!! So much hard work, focus and commitment goes into preparing for the 26.4 miles around beautiful London!!! They have definitely inspired us to start running again and apply for a place in the 2014 Marathon. We cant wait to know how  it feels to cross that finish line with such a huge sense of achievement.

Congratulations to everyone who took part this year !!! Pop the kettle on and put your feet up!! You deserve it!!

Leopard Print Problems.

Some of my family are going on a hen party and have to wear something Leopard Print, and after hearing my mum claim that she was going to buy "a nice leopard print jacket" that she saw. I felt compelled to blog about Leopard Print accessories as my mum is clearly in need of some pointers.

Recycling your wardrobe.

Going out always means the same thing to me. What on earth am I going to wear? I always have the same problem too, when I have a party to go to I can NEVER find anything to wear (annoying!!).
So I end up "jazzing" up old outfits I already own with new shoes, bags and jewellery. This week I have two friends birthday's to go to, so have been scouring the high street for this seasons best accessories to make my wardrobe look like new again. Here are some of my best finds from High Street store New Look:

This clutch from New Look is AMAZING at £48.99 it's pretty pricey but I absolutely love it. Sometime spending a lot on a statement piece can be really worth it as you can use it again and again.

This across the body bag is an absolute bargain at £6. I love an across the body bag as it means I am free to dance the night away knowing that my belongings are safe! The zebra print on this bag would be amazing to add to your LBD.

£4.90 for these beauties. I love the colours and hearts are my absolute favourites too. They would add an instant touch of glamour to your outfit.

 Just £2 for this headband. Headbands are a perfect way to change up an outfit as they are cheap and easy to wear.
