Breakfast Blog: The Delaunay Counter

Our mum's always tell us that "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and we couldn't agree more.
So we have made it our mission to find some of the best breakfasts in London! It's a hard mission but someone has to do it!!
We are starting our #breakfastblog in Central London, picking places at random and trying what they have to offer.

First up was The Delaunay Counter, which was absolute breakfast bliss! It's beautiful decor makes for a perfect breakfast getaway for a quiet morning catch up.

We both had the sausage sandwich with a cup of tea (it was so tasty) and followed breakfast up with a delicious dessert (it was past midday by this point -honest).

The Delaunay Counter is definitely somewhere we would visit again, great food, great service all for a reasonable price! It's also the perfect place to take family for a treat!!

Our breakfast cost £8.75 each for a sausage sandwich, cup of tea and a dessert and we think it was great value for money! We could of happily sat there all day!!

Check it out - let us know what you thought!!

Love

Afternoon Tea.

A spot of Afternoon Tea has to be one of the most delightful things you can do with all your Girly friends! Who wouldn't want to spend a blissful afternoon sipping Earl Grey from a delicate china tea up and nibbling on a fresh finger sandwich. It is probably the only time you will fill up on cucumber sandwiches and actually enjoy them.
It's so easy to chat and catch up on all the gossip while pouring another tea and spreading strawberry jam and cream across the fresh warm scones.
There's definitely a moment when your eyes are much bigger than your belly as you start to work your way through the plate of cakes and pastries ! Who could resist? They all look so tempting!
To round your afternoon off, you and your pals can take a walk around the grounds of which ever beautiful venue you have chosen.
It really is a perfectly relaxing day. Whether it's for a birthday or just a gossip, it's always nice to be the Ladies who lunch!
So call the girls, book a table, pour the tea and get chatting!
