Autumn/ Winter Womens Collection for Matalan

The Autumn/Winter season at Matalan looks set to bring in six beautifully rich new trends to see you through until the spring.

Cyber Jam


Think metallic, futuristic shapes and galactic prints. Gorgeous colours including Cobolt Blue and Emerald Green. Peplums, A- lines and structured Sports Luxe give great shape to the clothing, adding a touch of feminine glamour. Fabrics include sequins and reptile skin.


60's Gamine


Next we take a trip down memory lane back to the 60's. Think all things retro, bringing back hound tooth, bright colours, monochrome and giving them all a completely modern twist. Colours include bright Pink and Mustard.


Man's World


This collection is full to the brim with tailered blazers, cigarette pants and pencil skirts. Clean lines soften up the collection and look out for colours such as plum and lavender.


Glam Gothic


Glam Gothic looks set to be devine! Think velvet, lace and studs. Colours as dark as night! Team with a dark lipstick and smokey eyes !!


English Heritage

For all you country bumpkins the English Heritage range is for you!!! With Tartan, Checks and hounds tooth theres loads of different fabric, textures and patterns to choose from. As well as beautiful knits in bottle green and wine, you will be set for a weekend in the country !

Last but not least the Wildcraft collection is full to the brim and chunky knits in an aray of different colours and pea coats with fur collars. To top off this collection we have some statement Brogues in mustard and cobalt!!

The Search for the Perfect Pouch!!

I have NEVER in my life struggled with this topic !! Purchasing a new Bag!! It seems so unimagineable, that something that comes so naturally to me, is causing me such a drama!! I honestly own so many Handbags, I could open my own boutique.


However this isn't just any bag, later this year it will accompany me on a trip around America! Now we're not talking Luggage here (got that bit sorted!)
I need a new shoulder Bag !


Must haves:
A long strap to go right across the body.
Big enough to hold my SLR Camera and my Documents.
However definitely a day bag( not too big)
Must be a reasonable price.

So Last week I paid a little trip Eastpak Icon Store, No.1 Carnaby Street London.

They did not disappoint !!!

I found the perfect bag, the Delegate MM Pink! What a dream, loads of room inside, extra compartments, great design and colours, plus a 30 year warranty !

Unfortunately the only problem for me is the cost! Its way above my budget!

At £55.00 should I stretch that far or go for a cheaper option ?

So im asking all you girls and guys out there who already own an Eastpak item for your views!
